Medical Plans

The following plans are examples of those available. As an employer you can customize a plan for your company to meet your needs. Plans are generic representations and are not state specific.

For more than 40 years the TPM Trust has been a vital part of the lives of the working people of the wood products industry and those who serve it. Because the TPM Trust is run by you, the association membership, a high value is placed on participant input. 

 

The Trust is directed by a board of trustees, who themselves are industry executives. 

 

The TPM Trust's goal is to provide a health plan that will give your employees the coverage you want at a price that makes sense for you.  That's why the Trust offers a variety of plan designs.  One of our plans is sure to meet your needs, and all of our plans are cost effective, flexible, and most of all, user-friendly. 

 

The summary sheets describing each medical plan and other benefit options (such as dental and vision) are listed to the left.  Also, there is a downloadable and printable enrollment form for those employers who currently have the TPM Trust as their insurance provider and may need an enrollment form or change form for new employees.
