TPM Trust

For more than 40 years the TPM Trust has provided affordable group health benefits to small and medium sized companies in the timber and wood products in industries. Today the Trust covers over 10,000 employees and dependents in 235 companies. The Trust is a self-funded association health plan directed by a board of trustees who are elected representatives chosen from the companies that participate in the Trust.

Caremark is the Pharmacy Benefit Manager for the TPM Trust health plan. Its prescription benefit services includes dispensing prescriptions and negotiating discounts with pharmaceutical companies. By offering a broad range of clinical, mail, claims processing, and member services we are able to provide high quality, cost effective programs that result in better outcomes and also lower prescription drug costs for TPM Trust plan participants.

Assurant Short Term coverage and Assurant Student Select coverage can meet your need for the "temporary" coverage often needed when an employee is between jobs, a student is at school or when a temporary layoff happens, etc.

APS 

Healthcare

Our Employee Assistance Program is a valuable asset to companies that are proactive in retaining their workforce. TPM contracts with APS Healthcare to provide confidential couseling and support services to member companies' employees and their dependents in the follwoing areas:

*APS Healthcare provides referrals to meet with a lawyer in-person, and referrals are made to a law firm in your area. Referral lawyers have agreed to provide the initial half-hour consultation at no cost to the employee and 25% discount on rates if the services of the lawyer are needed further.

**Initial consultations are provided over the phone with a financial consultant. The consultant will review the client's past financial history, asses the current situation and problem solve with the client to develop a resolution strategy. If appropriate, local community referrals can be made for a specific concern.
